Ticket Policy, Refund Policy & Liability Waiver

By purchasing a ticket to or participating in any Love Sweat Soul Tour event, class, or experience, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. Ticket Sales & Transfers All ticket purchases for the Love Sweat Soul Tour are final sale. Tickets are non-refundable, but are fully transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer or sell your ticket to another participant. The Love Sweat Soul Tour and its organizers are not responsible for facilitating ticket transfers between individuals. Refund Policy Refunds will only be issued under the following circumstances: • The scheduled tour stop is fully cancelled by the event organizer • The event is not rescheduled within forty-five (45) days of the originally scheduled event date If an event is postponed or rescheduled within the 45-day period, all tickets will automatically transfer to the new event date. No refunds will be issued for: • Scheduling conflicts • Travel complications • Personal emergencies • Illness or injury • Failure to attend the event Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver Participation in dance fitness classes, workshops, or live fitness events involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to: • Muscle strains • Sprains • Falls • Physical injury • Medical complications related to physical exertion By attending or participating in any Love Sweat Soul Tour event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. Participants affirm that they are physically able and medically cleared to participate in dance fitness activities. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless: Mel Lamar, Love Sweat Soul Tour, its owners, instructors, employees, affiliates, venues, sponsors, and partners from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to: • Personal injury • Property damage • Loss or theft • Illness or medical conditions • Participation in the event This includes claims resulting from negligence to the fullest extent permitted by law. Media Release By attending a Love Sweat Soul Tour event, you grant permission for photos, videos, and recordings taken during the event to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes without compensation. Agreement By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a Love Sweat Soul Tour event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined in this policy.
